Pro renews automatically through Apple until you cancel. Refunds go through Apple.

AI replies are suggestions. You decide what to send, and you are responsible for it.
1. Who we are and these Terms
rizzo (listed on the App Store as Rizzo: AI Dating Replies) is provided by Cezar Drumea, Grenoble 106, Chisinau MD2006, Moldova ("we", "us"). Contact: support@rizzoapp.io.
These Terms are an agreement between you and us for the rizzo app for iPhone and iPad, its keyboard and share extension, and the services behind them. By using rizzo you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use rizzo.
2. Who can use rizzo
You must be at least 18 years old. By using rizzo you confirm that you are, and that you will follow these Terms. The app checks your age before you start. If you are under 18, you may not use rizzo.
3. What rizzo does
rizzo suggests replies, rewrites, openers and insights for your conversations using artificial intelligence. It never sends anything on your behalf: you copy a reply and send it yourself.
4. AI suggestions are not facts or advice
Suggestions are created by AI and can be inaccurate, inappropriate, incomplete or not right for your situation. Read every reply before you use it.
You choose what to send, and you are responsible for what you send.
Interest scores, Interest reports, draft scores and similar results are AI estimates for fun. They are not facts about anyone's feelings or intentions.
Practice personas are fictional AI characters, not real people.
rizzo is not professional, legal, medical, psychological or relationship advice.
5. Your optional account
You can use rizzo without an account. If you sign in with Apple to sync your chats, keep your Apple Account secure: anyone with access to it may be able to see your synced chats. You can sign out or delete your account anytime in Settings.
6. rizzo Free and rizzo Pro
rizzo Free includes a limited number of new chats with replies per day, some tones and some tools, with daily limits, as shown in the app. rizzo Pro unlocks up to 300 AI actions a day for personal use (100 during a free trial), within the fair-use limits below, all tones and Mirror, more screenshots per chat, Sound like you, situation modes, Openers and Practice. We may change what each plan includes; if a change takes away something you paid for during a paid period, you keep it until that period ends.
Fair use. To keep rizzo fast and affordable for everyone, Pro has generous limits that normal personal use does not reach: up to 300 AI actions a day on the weekly and the yearly plan (100 during a free trial), shared by all devices that use the same subscription, on up to 5 devices a day. An AI action is one reply set, rewrite or other AI answer, and each screenshot read counts as one action per screenshot. If you reach a limit, rizzo tells you and the count starts again the next day (UTC).
7. Subscriptions, free trial and billing
Plans. rizzo Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, weekly or yearly. The price, period and any trial or offer are shown in the app before you buy.
Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase, or when a free trial ends.
Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the same price and for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
Free trial. The weekly plan may come with a free trial for eligible new subscribers, as shown in the app. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts and you are charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Offers. Discounts, such as a welcome back offer for former subscribers, are set up through Apple, apply only as shown at purchase, and then renew at the regular price unless you cancel.
Managing and cancelling. Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or from Settings › Manage subscription in rizzo. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Price changes. If the price changes, Apple will tell you in advance and, where the law or Apple's rules require it, ask for your consent.
Refunds. Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue refunds ourselves.
Deleting data does not cancel. Deleting your data or your account in rizzo does not cancel your Apple subscription.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use rizzo to:
harass, threaten, stalk, bully, pressure, manipulate, impersonate or deceive anyone;
pursue someone who has said no, ignore boundaries, or try to get past a block;
contact, flirt with or target anyone under 18, or create sexual content involving minors;
run scams, catfishing, romance fraud or any other fraud;
create hateful, violent or sexually explicit content;
break the law or anyone's rights, or upload content you have no right to share;
misuse the service: overload it, get around limits or payments, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, or use it to build a competing product.
rizzo is designed to be confident and respectful. It will not help pressure, guilt-trip or deceive anyone, and may decline some requests. We may limit, suspend or end access if you break these rules.
9. Stay safe: scams and meeting people
rizzo can flag common scam patterns, but it cannot catch every scam, and a missing warning does not mean someone is safe.
Never send money, gift cards, crypto, codes, bank details or ID documents to someone you have only met online, whatever the story.
Be careful with anyone who moves fast, avoids video calls, or asks you to move to another app or invest.
Report suspicious profiles to the app or platform where you met them, and to the police if you lost money.
When you meet in person, choose a public place and tell a friend where you will be.
If you are in danger, call your local emergency number.
10. Your content
You keep ownership of the screenshots and text you add, and of the replies you send. You give us a limited permission to process them only to provide the service as described in our Privacy Policy, including sending screenshots and text to our AI provider after you agree. Chats include messages from other people: make sure you are allowed to share any messages you upload. Replies rizzo suggests are yours to use; similar suggestions may be given to other people.
11. Keyboard and extensions
The rizzo keyboard works as a normal keyboard without Full Access. If you turn on Full Access, text you choose to send for replies is processed as described in the Privacy Policy. The keyboard never records what you type.
12. Our app and your license
rizzo, its design, the mascot, the name and the logo belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use rizzo on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by these Terms and the App Store usage rules. You may not copy, sell or redistribute the app.
13. Feedback
If you rate replies, report a reply or send us ideas, we may use that feedback to improve rizzo without owing you anything for it.
14. Changes and ending
We may update rizzo or these Terms. If a change is important, we will tell you in the app before it applies. You can stop using rizzo and delete your data at any time in Settings › Privacy. We may stop offering rizzo; if we do, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
15. Disclaimers
rizzo is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that rizzo will always be available, error free, or that its suggestions will be accurate or lead to any result. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
16. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for the outcome of your conversations, dates or relationships, or for what you choose to send. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for rizzo Pro in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded by law.
17. Apple
These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are solely responsible for rizzo and its content.
Your license to use rizzo is limited to Apple-branded products you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
We are solely responsible for maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for rizzo.
If rizzo fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation for rizzo. Any other claims, losses or costs from a failure to meet a warranty are our responsibility, to the extent these Terms do not exclude them.
We, not Apple, are responsible for any claims by you or a third party relating to rizzo, including product liability claims, claims that rizzo fails to meet a legal or regulatory requirement, and consumer protection, privacy or similar claims.
If a third party claims that rizzo infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling and discharging that claim.
You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
You must also follow the terms of any third-party service you use with rizzo, such as your messaging or dating apps.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept them, Apple has the right to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, and the courts of Chișinău have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. If any part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
