rizzo doesn't keep your chat screenshots. OpenAI may keep them up to 30 days. They are sent to OpenAI, our AI provider, only to read the messages, with names and photos blurred first while Auto-blur is on. Only the text you confirm is kept in History. A photo you pick for a chat stays on this phone, is not synced, and is deleted with the chat or with Clear history. A screenshot you attach to a support message is kept with it for up to 12 months.

Free users get 3 reply sets per day, which reset at midnight, and the free tools share a limit of 15 uses a day, which resets daily. Pro has up to 300 AI actions a day (100 during the free trial), within the fair-use limits in the Terms. Replies and tools each count as one action, and each screenshot read counts as one action per screenshot. Continuing a chat you already started does not use another one.

Anytime in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or in rizzo under Settings › Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting the app or your data does not cancel a subscription.
Open rizzo, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you paid with. If Pro still doesn't show, email us with the date of the purchase.
Apple handles all payments, so refunds go through Apple: visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, and choose the rizzo purchase.
iOS asks this for any keyboard that goes online. rizzo needs it to generate replies, nothing more. The keyboard types normally without it. We never log what you type, and iOS uses its own keyboard in password fields and phone-number pads.
Only after you agree: the screenshots you pick, with names and photos blurred on your phone first while Auto-blur is on, or the chats you type or paste, and any context you add. Our AI provider, OpenAI, uses it only to write your replies and to check both the screenshots and the text for safety, and does not train on it. You can turn this off in Settings › Privacy › AI data sharing. The full details are in the Privacy Policy.
No. rizzo works fully without one. Sign in with Apple is optional and only syncs your History, Favorites and Sound like you between devices. rizzo asks Apple for no name or email.
In rizzo, open Settings › Privacy. Signed out, tap Delete all my data. Signed in, tap Delete account. Type DELETE to confirm. This deletes your account and synced data (if signed in) and the support messages, feedback, reports and rate counters our server keeps under this install's ID, then erases rizzo's data on your phone. Delete account also disconnects Sign in with Apple; if Apple does not confirm it, our server retries for up to 30 days, and the app tells you how to remove rizzo in iPhone Settings › your name › Sign-In & Security › Sign in with Apple.
A few records are not stored under your install or account, so they are deleted on their own schedule instead: App Attest keys 12 months after their last use, rate counters kept under a hashed IP address, network or subscription after about 3 days, Apple purchase notifications after 12 months, and Supabase's own sign-in logs under Supabase's retention settings. Details are in the Privacy Policy, section 9. Your Apple subscription stays until you cancel it.
rizzo asks during setup and sends no usage analytics unless you say yes. To change your choice later: Settings › Privacy › Share usage analytics. Usage analytics never include your chats or anything you type. They are tied to a random ID, not to your name, account or email. Crash reports reach us only through Apple, if you allow Share With App Developers in iOS Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.
Replies can be written in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese and Korean, or in the language of the chat. Pick one in Settings › Reply language. The app itself is in English, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese and Korean, following your iPhone’s language.
Open Tools › Scam & catfish check in rizzo and paste the chat. Never send money, gift cards, crypto, codes or ID to someone you have only met online. Report the profile to the app where you met them, and to the police if you lost money. If you are in danger, call your local emergency number.
Every AI answer in rizzo has a Report button. Under replies, tap the thumbs-down next to "Good replies?" and pick Inappropriate or Report. In the keyboard and the share sheet, press and hold a reply. We get a notice for every report and review it within 24 hours.
